  • zoom in up to 400% without content becoming unusable

How accessible this service is

The patient and staff consultation journeys have been designed around NHS components and WCAG 2.2 level AA. An independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed, so we do not yet claim full compliance.

Booking and messaging screens supplied by an approved third-party clinical service may behave differently from the rest of the staff workspace. These screens are not part of the public patient journey.

If you need information from this service in a different format, or find an accessibility problem, email cellan@eyev.health. Include the page you were using and the help you need. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Enforcement procedure
